Excellent pre-purchase inspection. Provided a very thorough report with clear accompanying pictures and thermal imaging documentation. They found several things I missed when I looked at the property myself, including a few items that I'll be going back to the sellers to have fixed/adjust selling price on. | |The $420 includes a termite inspection (usually an additional $125) which explains why this amount is a bit higher than other providers. | |
