My zoning board failed, owner came and determined the issue. They replaced and very sloppy wires all over looks awful. Also a part called a DATS sensor not installed left there I had to install. I paid for the kit so install all parts. Had a failure message on the zone board as not set up correctly. Looking to sell my home possibly but this install they should have put a box or something to cover the mess. My wife was home she did not comment it looked bad. He installer sent a photo to the owner but I would have expected him to tell the technician to make it look professional and install this sensor. My realtor saw it and was 'kidding'. I told the owner I would try to find a cover my expense but no luck , returned 4 to Amazon would not work. I have tried to find a cover no luck to make this not look so bad.

I had problems with my 16 year old Central A/C and Robert gave me several options on how to deal with the problem and I settled with just having the whole thing replaced. The installation was done quickly and I'm very happy.
