Dg Construction Management Inc

This was such a bad experience that I wound up filing a case with the Florida licensing regulation department against Dalton Green; DG Construction.  Although I won that case, he never paid any of the restitution that was ordered.  His license was suspended.  He never got a permit, and did the roof out of code.  I had to pay another contractor $3500 to fix his roof work.  Until the end he kept saying that the other roofers were just trying to get $ from me and that his work was fine.  With regard to the bathroom leak; I paid him to put in a brand new bathroom.  He did find 2 or 3 big leaks. Two sets of tenants both complained that it was still leaking into the kitchen.  Mr. Green refused to acknowledge that he did not get all of the leaks and insisted that the tenants were lying, they were purposely breaking the new plumbing, they were deadbeats etc.  I had another plumber come in and paid him $1500 to finally fix all of the leaks.  Mr.Green never took the kitchen ceiling off to look at the plumbing; there were 2 more big leaks.  He wound up harassing me through a text message bomb.  I had to call the police to speak to him.
