The person who came was the owner of the company. He was on time, did a thorough job, and the windows look great. He also does a number of other cleaning services, such as cleaning mold from outdoor screens, and I plan to call him again for that job in the near future. Regarding windows, I plan to follow his recommendation to clean the outside every 6 months, and both in and out once a year. We are happy with his work.
