They do good quality work, they have reasonable prices and he is just a down to earth person.

Everything that Norm did turned out well. He was at the house from 8:30am to about 6:00pm. It was a long day and as I said, Norm did a good job. I asked him if he would come back and take a look at some other items that I had that needed work. He said he was very busy and I should call him when I was ready for him to come back. I called him twice and left a message each time. He was not very timely with his response to my messages. That is why I gave him a B on his responsiveness. But, overall, I think he did a good job and I would have him back to do other work. He is very polite and respectful.

I've had him out many times in the last year. He's also installed my chainlink fence in the backyard. He put tile around my bathtub. He's done pressure-washing on the exterior of my home and my pool surround, which came out perfect. He hung the ceiling fan on my back porch. He fixed some leaks under two sinks. His prices are really reasonable. He's the first person I call when I need something done. He's very honest with what his limitations are and will let you know if you should hire someone else. Whenever he's working in your home, he's very respectful. That's really important to me because of my kids being around. And if there's ever anything you're not happy with, just let him know and he'll fix it for you.
