Wonderful experience! Dave contacted me within minutes of my reaching out. Was very prompt.He diagnosed the problem after trying several avenues of possible issues to be certain that I was definitely in need of a new well pump. He promised to send someone out with a new pump (since there was none my size on his truck). Eston arrived and was efficient and courteous. He made several trips in and out of the house to ensure that the water was flowing properly. I could NOT have asked for a better service! I feel lucky to have found such honest,efficient and hard working men,who know their profession well and do it with a true caring for the customer! I contacted Dave Ritchie based upon reviews and feedback found here on Angie's as well as locally on Facbook. I was having issues with my existing Whirlpool water softner. I explained my issues and after looking at my machine, unfortunately Dave told me that my system could not be repaired. Dave was able to replace my water softner was a much better unit that also included a whole house filter system for much less money than I had been quoted when I originally looked into these systems 3 years ago - which is the reason I purchased the system I did in the first place. Had I only met Dave back then I could have had this system to start with and not wasted money on a product that would only last 3 years, plus only serve as a water softner. Whirlpool had always been a name I trusted. Not anymore. Anyway, back to Dave...When I initially contacted him...he promptly called me back. He set an appointment the same day and did the installation promptly. We had correspondence after the installation as well with prompt response. So overall, I am completely satisfied to date.

Someone came out at the time given and repaired the system in a decent amount of time. He answers calls quickly too.

Couldn't have been more happy, Dave is a class act, knows what he is doing and is upfront about the prices and does not up sell. I have used his services several times and I am a customer for life. I will also recommend him to anyone with praise. Thank you Dave.

One visit on July 27. Job completed in 2Hrs. All new equipment. Will not have to worry for years.
