Fabtastic! It now looks like it was just put in. It was put in 20 years ago. Pressure washed, sprayed to clean up oxidation of the metal, and repainted!

I would give Phoenix Home Painting, LLC a 10 star rating if it were available. Found them on Angie's list and within 5 minutes of submitting the request, received a call from Luke and he came out that day to do an estimate. I acquired 3 quotes total and his price was quite reasonable. This was to paint our downstairs living areas and hallways. We were schedule for the following week and Luke and his team arrived on time, worked efficiently and quietly and the outcome of their work was superb. We couldn't have been more pleased. We decided to get a quote for our entire upstairs since we loved the work they did, again a very good price and we were fit in again the following week. Exact same outcome, SUPURB!!
