Pet Paradise Resort

My dog was happy and ready to go home but friendly with the staff. You can't ask for more than that from boarding. They made sure food, treats, and toys not eaten or chewed up were returned. They took good care of my dog Sydney. I have her booked for another stay in Sept. and I trust that Sydney will be well cared for and her needs met. I had her at their University Blvd, W location. They were nice to me, too. A great experience.

I use pet paradise whenever I am in town. My little one loves going there. I leave her there for a few hours, all day or overnight depending on my schedule. She is always happy going and happy when I pick her up. I have been using their services off and on for about 2 years now. The staff at this location are all wonderful. I've never met an unprofessional employee there and the manager, Maureen is always on top of things. She hires and trains the best.

As usual, he is well cared for & kept safe. They are responsive to our concerns and are very professional.

They take very good care of my three dogs. I don't have to worry about them while I'm away.

We dropped our 15lb dog off before 9am for a grooming appointment. They call us at 1pm and say they can't groom him because he is too aggressive and trying to bite them. Our dog is the BIGGEST baby there is, he is an absolute lap dog, he loves people, other dogs, and attention from anyplace he can get it. People always fall in love with him and offer to buy him from us because of his lovable nature. He is groomed monthly (our regular groomer retired) and always has been. In the 4+ years of his life, he has NEVER bitten or even growled at anyone. Never. EVERY groomer we have ever had has loved him and always complimented him as "well behaved and calm" - he has never needed a muzzle - we never had a complaint - he has never shown aggression - he has never bitten or snapped at anyone. Even if that were the case, are groomers not prepared for this with muzzles, techniques, and training? I am not buying their BS.

During the past year I have used Pet Paradise for day care, boarding and grooming for my westie.  Her tail starts wagging as soon as we get in the parking lot.  She loves this place! The staff, especially Maureen, Kathy and Jacob, are always friendly and professional.  Thank you Pet Paradise for providing a safe, loving atmosphere for our pets.

The staff is always very friendly and the facility always look clean. In addition to boarding our dog for overnight stays we usually add in extra playtime. They also always check to make sure all of your pet's vaccinations, including Bordatella, are up to date. One of the reasons we first tried Pet Paradise is because they have someone on the premises 24/7 which is important to us. We've also used some of the other Pet Paradise locations (at Jax airport and in Bunnell) and we were very satisfied with them as well. During his most recent stay they noticed our dog was having some trouble in going to the bathroom and they contacted us immediately. We're very appreciative that they were able to notice that he was having an issue and that they called us to let us know.

I have left my pet at a Vet's office only once and will never do it again.  Once I found Pet Paradise Resort, my search was over.  Your pet is NEVER outside or on leash by anyone  The entire facility is totally contained.  The pets have an indoor (air conditioned) space with a raised cot and an outdoor fenced space that are connected.  Both are very roomy.  Your pet can come in and out as they please.  Fresh water is provided inside.  The outdoor area has a fake grass bottom, and that is where they go potty, however  I have never seen a mess inside a space any time I have been there.  The attendants must pick up any mess as soon as they see it.  There are always numerous attendants with the dogs and within the base price, your pet gets two "outside" playtimes around a bone-shaped pool.  They can swim, dip or just run around and play with the dogs or the attendants.  They are paired with other dogs their size and temperament.  This area is also fully enclosed.  What I like most is that my pet can be inside or outside and can always see something going on.  Also, they are never in peril by being walked in an outside area or are put  in an area to run that they may dig under a fence or get out some other way.  Peace of mind is the most important thing to me when I am away from my pet.  I can't say enough fantastic things about Pet Paradise Resorts.   They are a bit pricey, but I like to stay in nice hotels rather than a Motel 6.....so what can I say!  You get what you pay for. 

Your can make reservations on-line and get an e-mail confirmation.  The staff at the front desk and on the phone couldn't be more accommodating.    They try to make you feel comfortable about leaving your pet, knowing that this is very hard for you.  You know they care and that makes it easier.  You get a "Pawgress Report" on your pet, which is cute.  My pet was there over Christmas one year and they gave me a picture of her on Santa's lap!

Of course there are always extras that you can get for your pet, such as extra playtime, "ice cream" and also separate rooms with video cameras for you to watch your pet.   I have done the ice cream, but not the other extras.  They also offer for an additional fee, services such as baths, nail trims, complete or partial groom. I have used the nail trim service on occasion, as it's much easer than having to make a special visit to the Vet.

I guaranty that if you love your pet, this is the only place to leave them when you are away from them!

The staff at the front desk is very nice and quick to check your pet in. They are always friendly and courteous and make my dog feel at home at once. My dog loves to go there. She gets a good size indoor suite with a doggie door to the outdoor kennel where she can overlook the play and pool area. She gets to play a lot with other dogs and the kennel workers. There are many additional features you can book such as ice cream, extra play time, web cam and more. I highly recommend Pet Paradise in St. Augustine!

They were AMAZING!  We toured several facilities and made our choice based on cleanliness of facilities and friendliness of staff.  We left our 2 dogs for 8 days (and we were nervous wrecks to do so).  The first morning and every other morning during their stay, they emailed us with an update and sent pictures.  They posted pictures on their Facebook page.  It was fantastic to get updates and know how they were eating, behaving with the other dogs, etc...  The staff were very friendly and took notes daily like "Gigi loves her belly rubs" and "Marco loves the doggie ice cream".  So fantastic.  I am no longer nervous to leave our babies.

They received lots of play time with others (6 separate 30 minute sessions), had the option to swim in the pool, and they got a bath the day of pick up. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Pet Paradise St. Augustine.

Dogs love pet paradise, great swimming area, great staff on top of all details. My dogs had a good experience there over Thanksgiving.

They are fantastic! They are very very good because my dog isn't scared to go there. You get what you pay for and I will use them again.
