Lawn care was less than acceptable; even freshly cut turf was uneven and many areas died from lack of proper care, the Gardens were not kept well and many of our butterfly plants and other flowers were either cut down with grass trimmer or pulled out all together. The bushes were not trimmed as discussed, but were kept trimmed. They also cut in half my low voltage wiring in several places while changing out the pine straw in the gardens.

Used him for 18 months until I couldn't stand the poor service any longer. Lost most if back yard to chinch bugs. Sedge grass and crab grass is running rampant in both the front and back yards. If I had not chsnged services I would be replacing all of my St Augustine lawn. Buyers beware!! He's only cares about the money and not your lawn.

Jason came out to my house in September to give me a quote to provide monthly service for my lawn.  I was impressed that they offered a full service package that included fertilization, bug control, palm tree trimming, and weed control/pulling.  Jason also informed me that he could treat my lawn for the moles that had taken refuge.  He quoted me a price that I thought was fair and we decided to utilize them.  Their lawn service was average to above average, but where they fell short was their customer service.   They serviced our lawn 5 times and 3 times they left our hose unrolled from its bib with the water left on.  The mole service was scheduled for late September but it was never completed and attempts to contact Jason were futile as he didn?t return phone calls.  We were invoiced for work that we didn?t authorize.  We decided to part ways after my 16 year old daughter informed us that one of the workers tried to enter our back door while they were servicing our lawn.

When we moved into our new home I received quotes from various companies to handle our lawn maintenance and while Mr Mow It All wasn't the cheapest, they were clearly the most professional and competent by far. You get what you pay for in all things! I have now been using Mr Mow It All for almost two years and Jason and his team are excellent at what they do. When we moved into our house it was an absolute wreck of a foreclosure. They re-sodded the front yard for us to appease the HOA; however, instead of stuffing the bill by doing the entire area, Jason used his expert knowledge to point out areas that they would be able to rejuvenate and repair within 6 months and it saved a significant amount of money in sod. Since then I have upgraded from basic to full service and used Mr Mow It All for various landscape projects and indoor/outdoor pest control to much success. I will continue to use Mr Mow It All for all my landscaping and lawn care needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I hired this landscaper to take care of my rental property in St Augustine because I do not live in Florida full-time and I did not feel leaving the lawn care that my tenants where providing serving my purpose. Mr. Mow It All have been taking care of the property for the last 11 months. When I arrived back in Florida I drove by the property to examine the property and much to my dismay the lawn look like crap. I met with Jason the owner of the company the last two days. Yesterday he tried to blame my tenants and/or his employee Dustin should have told him about the lawn and he agreed that the lawn look like crap. Today when I met with him and he check the irrigation system and found that all was working properly, he proceeded to say then we need to do this and that to fix the lawn and when I informed him that I was not paying him any more money until he get this lawn back in shape and he said then he couldn't fix the lawn even though his company was the one that put my lawn in the shape that it's in today. So I proceed to tell him he is fired and I will see him in small claims court. He then said when I took over your lawn it was full of weeds and I said well at least it was alive

"The damage to the yard was a result from her tenants not from our pest control tech. We skipped the summer visits for pest control because the yard was continually too dry for an application. The tenants were not watering the yard enough. Jason did meet with the owner and told her there were several brown spots in the yard due to the dogs. They were obvious urine spots. There were also a lot of thin areas due to foot traffic in the yard. She said it was not their fault and wanted the grass replaced. We can not be responsible for poor tenants and stopped service due to non payment."

I asked for a quote. They gave me an incomplete quote. I called them
several times to quote me with additional items that I wanted done and
no one called me or showed up.

"Sorry for the confusion. At the time we had were booked out 4-5 weeks for all landscape jobs. We had stopped accepting any new landscape job request for non maintenance customers at the time in order to better service all existing customer requests. I had thought we relayed the message to [member name removed]. Again, sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused"

The work was fine, but they did not follow up cutting until the following week if they got rained out on the day they were supposed to cut

"We mowed Mr. [removed member name]'s yard from June 2013 through June 2014. We are up front with our schedule and it is listed on the proposal. In the event of rain or a holiday, It is our policy to service the yard the next day. In the event of a rain out day we return the next day to mow. If the yard is still saturated with water, we will perform all the other necessary service such as trimming hedges, pulling weeds, edging and trimming. We do not put the mowers on the turf as to not cause any damage. The grass is then scheduled to be mowed with the next weeks visit on the normal mowing day. Thank you for your business! We appreciate it very much."

They showed up a few days before they even said they would be available to do the landscaping. It was done thoroughly and professionally. They replaced the mulch, clipped the bushes, weeded, mowed the lawn and cleaned up the yard. It looks perfect.

This is a great company. The owner is a young man who has worked hard to develop a very good company. His employees have always been very good at their work. We have engaged the owner for advice on plants, shrubs and have relied on his advice and had him add more plants. We are very pleased with the company and our neighbors on both sides also use this company.

Overall I am pleased...there was one time where the shrubs were cut into weird shapes but they came back out and corrected the issue. They do exactly what they say they are going to do and when they say they are going to do it.

Mr. Mow It All is awesome. They provide monthly lawn care service to my yard. I bought a foreclosure and needed a lot of clean up. They called back promptly and delivered on what they said. My lawn is green, well trimmed and one of the best looking in the neighborhood. They don't waste time and are well worth the price. I'd recommend their service to all my friends.
