Floor Factory Outlet - Saint Augustine

Terrible...This company told me I had a 25-year guarantee on the flooring and when it started to peel, ****** and separate, I complained and after many months of stalling they had an "independent" floor inspector look at my floors and supposedly said it was a problem with the install and it wasn't their problem...Yet I spent over $3000 with them and the PRODUCT is faltering not just the install. The manager Brian Trull has refused to help me replace the floor or give me back my money.

Beware of their installers!!!! Bought some product here and they gave me a list of their "highly skilled, highly recommended" installers that they use "all the time". The job they did was so incompetent that I had to call them the next day to tell them the grout was coming up all over the place and the tiles were moving under my feet. Called them back the next day and they came out to take a look. Gave me some B.S. about making it right and promised to call me the following week to let me know how they will correct the issue. When he did not call me I called him and he sounded irritated that I bothered him. More B.S. about making it right but waiting for a special epoxy that will fix it blah, blah, blah! That was two months ago and I am now unable to reach their "highly recommended" installer. I am now out over $1200.00 as a direct result of doing business with this company!!!! When I went to talk to them to see if they could help, I was told the installers did not work for them so there was nothing they could (or would) do to help me. I really got the feeling that they had made the sale and they were done with me. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! Don't make the same mistake I did!!!!

The product was good I think I got a good price but the installers which they used was awful, unprofessional, it took them five days to install 1000 square feet. They kept coming like at six o clock seven o clock at night work an hour and then leave, it was just awful. There was no communication, they didn't call me they said that, we'd be there at noon they didn't call me they and then they would show up at six o clock at night. I mean I had to give them my keys I had to have all the locks changed. Sunday night they finished in the dark and expect me to give them a tip there literally with their hands out, and I was all by myself I was a little scared.
