Even though we are still two years away from moving to Florida, Debby spent two full days with us. She was thoroughly prepared for our visit and showed us a number of great neighborhoods, with both existing homes and new construction options. She helped us streamline our home search and keeps us updated on the latest housing market developments. If you are looking for a home in the St. Augustine area, you couldn't find a better realtor!

Debbie was excellent. As out of town buyers we were not familiar with the area and did not want to make a lot of trips down to shop. Debbie lined up several properties for us to look at based on our needs and budget. We found just what we were looking for in ONE trip!! Debbie also helped us line up financing... very important as financing a condo can be challenging. I would definitely recommend Debbie.

Debby was very organized and thorough the day I drove to St. Augustine to begin looking at beach condo property. She showed me enough places to present a good comparison in my mind. When I saw the one we purchased, I knew right away that was the one for us. Her careful planning and guidance made it possible for me to make up my mind the same day. We have enjoyed our place now for several years as a haven of rest and revitalization. We have been in the rental program and have shared it with others who have enjoyed it just as much. Perfectly. I'm hearing impaired and out of state. We communicated entirely by email. She answered all my questions and provided many helpful suggestions. She took photos and even videos to answer my concerns. She coordinated all necessary related processes and services and kept me up to date on everything. She showed several places to my local relative who was very pleased. She offered to provide any local recommendations to help me get settled in my new environment. I would definitely use her for any future real estate services in the area.

She showed us a number of houses and she was handling some deals at the same time so it wasn't the best time for us to get her full attention. We didn't see any houses that we didn't particularly like and we decided not to go to St. Augustine. She didn't charged us anything in significance. She didn't treat us badly, she was courteous but she didn't give us her full attention.

They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, I had no complaints. They were very knowledgeable about the area, the home and what the selling price should be. I don't think they did anything above and beyond but they did their job for sure.

Debbie is a very diligent, professional real estate agent. We looked at numerous properties and it took us awhile to decide on a property. She was very efficient in facilitating our purchase. I highly recommend that if you are interested in purchasing a property that you contact this realtor.
