The installers were all nice and seemed experienced. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves and made sure I understood how the new surge protection system works.

I was referred by our building inspector for a new panel and other repairs to a condo we purchased. This contractor is very responsive, does excellent work, reasonable prices. I recently had a kitchen remodel and wanted to reuse my perfectly good and fairly new disposal and dishwasher. After being without a kitchen for months, I was frustrated by the fact that after hours of troubleshooting my contractor couldn't figure out why things were not working. I had a huge commitment for Sunday and needed my kitchen. It was Friday! Desperate, started calling every electrician from internet, trying to even get a live human to answer, without any luck. Until a friend referred me to Jose Travino! He answered on the first ring. His reassuring and delightful personality (and reasonable rates) saved the day. He could have easily taken advantage of my frantic situation, but understanding my desperation, pulled his guys in after they completed the job they were on, and sent them right to me. His team arrived within minutes of expected, had all the right tools, worked quickly, safely and with razor precision. They thought, tested and repaired the wiring. Even noticed an outlet that wasn't part of the job that needed attention, and fixed it. It was obvious that their expertise was of true professionals. They answered all of my questions with calm demeanor and confidence, taking the time to make sure I understood what went wrong and in a way I could comprehend. It was my lucky day when I found Trevino Electric. I always thought that a good electrician was like a unicorn.. only a fictional being.. but that is no longer true. After a three day power outage from Hurricane Ian my wired generator needed to be turned off and the electrical power to my house back on. I had no idea how to do this. I phoned Trevino Electric in the evening fully expecting to have to wait for an appointment the next morning. Instead Jose arrived at 9:30 pm and quickly and efficiently performed the reset service. He also explained the process !
