THEY WILL SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AND THEN NOT SHOW UP. THEN WILL ONLY RE-SCHEDULE IF YOU CALL THEM. THE EXCUSES FOR NOT SHOWING RAN FROM

 + -1 moreMY SPA IS AN OLDER MODEL AND NOT THE EASIEST TO WORK ON. THE PART HAD TO BE ORDERED AND THE COMPANY MADE AN INTERIM CALL JUST TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY HAD PLACED THE ORDER AND HOW LONG THEY ANTICIPATED IT WOULD BE BEFORE IT ARRIVED. THEY CALLED AGAIN WHEN THE PART ARRIVED AND RETURNED WITHIN A FEW DAYS. THE REPAIR MAN ARRIVED AS PROMISED ON BOTH OCCASIONS. I WAS MOST PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED.
