TLC Pet Sitting

Everything was great. We have 3 dogs and  she even washed their covers and feet when one of them decided to dig! Our house was neat and tidy when we came home and most of all our dogs were happy while we were gone.

Very please with the service. Extremely dedicated .  Cannot say more about her pet sitting.  All of our neighbors were asking for her card.  She made sure to clean up any messes and just a very nice lady.  Our dog loves her.

It went wonderfully as expected, this is the 2nd time we've used Suzanne and this time we were out of the country for 8 days.  What a relief to know she was there taking care of everything so we had nothing to worry about and could enjoy our vacation.  One of our dog s is elderly and needed TLC while the younger one just wanted her to play with him all day.  She took them for walks, made them their nightly hamburger, left the house cleaner than i did when we left.  We had a really early flight and I barely had time to pack, let alone, clean up my mess.
We highly recommend Suzanne and will be using her when our daughter has her baby in December, if she's available.  Just love her!

Suzanne was absolutely amazing!! Truth be told, I probably dragged my feet writing this review because she was already booked for the next 3 times I wanted her to sit with my dogs! If you can book her services, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. She is my dog sitter of choice each & every time I go away and I'm a business technology consultant who travels fairly frequently. My German Shepherd is a service animal and, before Suzanne, I'd only left him with family. Suzanne is now considered family.

First of all, she wanted to meet me and my dogs well before my time away. She carved out time in her schedule & we met to get everyone acquainted. So, before I left on my trip....I already felt great about the person who would be taking care of my big & little ones. I checked in every day, while I was away, and Suzanne was always available to give me an update -- even considering the 3 hour time difference between us. Suzanne didn't leave & come back, leave & come back....like so many dog sitters I've heard about. She stayed with my guys the entire time I was away. I love that!

Not only did I get an update every day when I called ----  I came home to a Journal of daily happenings & observations that Suzanne had written! It was really special to sit down, when I got home, and read about every single day she spent with my guys. She told me about what she noticed and what they did. I still read that "journal" every now and then. 

I could go on & on but then it would be too long of a review to read. I did not know Suzanne before I met her in April & she stayed with my dogs in May. You would be most fortunate to book her and here's hoping that you don't get to her before I do -- for the same dates!

SUZANNE IS GREAT!!!!
We have had her pet sit twice now and have another week scheduled in May already for another week's vacation.  She is great with the pets and she takes very good care of our home while we are gone.  It is so nice to go away for a whole week knowing that our home is going to be safe and secure and our pets well cared for in the comfort of their own home.  She takes in the mail, walks the dog several times per day, plays with the animals and takes great care with them and they are well adjusted and happy when we return from being away.  There is no pet anxiety and they seem very happy when she arrives and then when we come back :) She is very professional and easy to get a hold of and responsive.  She sends us an email almost everyday with an update on the pets and their daily adventures, which is very comforting.  We will continue to have Suzanne into our home whenever we are away.

We were originally going to board our dogs and let the cats fend for themselves, but one dog is so frail I didn't want her in a cage all day and the other is a recent rescue and we didn't want him to be traumatized by being put back in another cage. And I would worry about the cats during the entire time. So I found TLC Pet Sitting and luckily Suzanne was available on the dates I needed. Thank God! Suzanne was wonderful with all the animals, we originally arranged for her to watch our 2 dogs and 3 cats while away for our daughter's wedding. Well, when she arrived on Friday we surprised her with an additional dog, our daughter's, to tend also. She took it in stride and said it wasn't a problem! We have an older, very frail dog, a new rescue (3 year old) very yappy dog and then the surprise dog a medium size, very strong mutt. The 3 cats are indoor/outdoor cats that basically take care of themselves as long as they have food. Our routine, which Suzanne did not stray from is splitting a can of cat food amongst the 3 cats at dinner time and cooking a hamburger each for all the dogs, trying to fatten up our older dog. Took them for walks, played with the yappy dog, etc. She didn't even mind that the dogs and cats slept in bed with her! We have already booked her for our next vacation. Having Suzanne now will expand our horizons and allow for us to go places that we couldn't previously because of the animals. She was very loving and affectionate and all the animals were very comfortable with her. Heck, when we got home they barely noticed we were back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We met Suzanne a couple weeks before the trip to see how the pets interacted with her and it was evident immediately that she is a very caring person. We felt very comfortable with her and she took wonderful care of our pets and our home while we were gone. While away she sent updates via e-mail about how the pets were doing and this was very reassuring to know they were doing well and that she was doing well in the house. She kept the house perfect and our cat is now showing some attitude since she has been gone as we had to go back to work and he has been spoiled the past 2 weeks :). I have nothing but great things to say about Suzanne and the service she provides. I already have her booked for our next 2 trips

We are new to the area and did not have a petsitter lined up when we needed to go out of town for a few days.  We found Lexi on Angie's List and have to say she did a wonderful job.  In fact we have already made arrangements to use her services in a few days while we are again traveling.  She is very warm, kind and affectionate with the animals and they all felt very comfortable with her, as did we.  She is thorough, organized and very professional.  Lexi is knowledgable about animals, their care and able to deal with medical issues (we have a diabetic cat who requires insulin injections twice a day).  Our dog reacted with a positive attitude immediately upon meeting Lexi -- always a good sign.  We were out of the country and without access to emails. As soon as I turned on my phone when we landed there were emails from Lexi for each day, along with photos of the animals.  She told funny stories and filled us in on each of the day's goings on.  It was really delightful to get that little bit of extra from her and made us feel all that more comfortable.  We recommend Lexi highly.

Suzanne Rich is an angel and I would highly recommend her!!! She loves animals and takes care of them as if they were her own.

We live in Bradenton, Florida and Suzanne drove from Tampa to meet the "family" about a month before our trip.  She met everyone and gave us a price that we felt was very reasonable.  We set up the trip and for Suzanne to care for our pets.  Suzanne kept in contact with us and was quick to respond to any e-mails or calls regarding the timeline of our upcoming trip.  Suzanne showed up early to our house on the day that we were to leave and, again, reviewed the care instructions for our pets to ensure that she was clear on their needs and to set us at ease.  We arrived home after our trip, 5 days later, and the "kids" were there waiting, happy, and tails wagging.  They had been very well taken care of and the house was clean and tidy.  Everyone was very well taken care of.  Suzanne provided us with a daily log of everyone's activities, including excercise, eating habits, and how often she brushed the kitties. 
We will use Suzanne again - she was attentive, thoughtful of our concerns and the pet's needs, and, in the end, very affordable (probably less expensive than sending them to a kennel).  Besides, she provided our pet family with good care in their own home.  We feel relieved that we have someone that we can trust to stay in our home and take care of her pet family.

When I first called Suzanne, two or three weeks before we needed her, she told me she would come to meet us and the dogs and spend a couple of hours.  She asked me the breed of the dogs and said she had not heard of that breed.  She came as promised and by the time she left a couple hours later....it felt as if we had known her a very long time.....like she was "family".  Suzanne entered the house already knowing all about the breed from the research she had done on her own and, from what I had told her on the phone about each dog, she talked to each of them by name without me telling her which was which.  
While we were gone, Suzanne brought in the mail, picked up the dog toys, washed the towels and sheets, etc., which were things all above and beyond what she was asked to do.  She spent a lot of time giving them both attention, walks and more attention. Suzanne wrote a diary of each day which was highly appreciated and fun to read.
We felt very comfortable with leaving our dogs with Suzanne and would recommend her very highly (as long as it doesn't interfere with when WE would like to use her services again!  :)

She was WONDERFUL!!! I felt very comfortable having her stay at my house and leaving my "babies" with her. I liked that I could call her and get updates also I like how she would call me if she had any questions or concerns. My dogs were very happy and seemed to be well behaved when I got home. The house was also in top shape when I got back. I already have her booked for dates in the future. I would highly recommend her. She is loving, kind and professional!

We hired Suzanne, of TLC Pet Sitting to watch our two dogs and cat while we were out of town. She made an appointment to come by to meet us and our pets several days before we left for our vacation, and was punctual in arriving for her appointment. Suzanne rates an A+ all the way across the board.  She is a wonderful and caring individual with whom we felt at home with immediately, and we were very comfortable leaving our beloved pets in her care.. Suzanne left a written daily diary of her stay, which was a nice extra touch We will definitely hire her again. It's great to have the peace of mind knowing that our pets will be loved and well cared for  when we are away from home.

Everything was phenomenal. She came to meet us before coming on that date to make sure that we liked her and that she would get along with the pets. She was gentle, honest, and I feel like I have a new family member, I really do. She also wrote a diary of what she and they did every single day that we were gone. I can't give high enough praise to Suzanne.

I contacted Suzanne about pet sitting for my two dogs for approximately 10 days during my vacation.  After talking with her on the phone we agreed to meet to become acquainted with my house and dogs and to review the procedures for their care.  She arrived promptly at the agreed time and spent approximately 2 hours with me and practiced walking them so I could explain some of their nuances!  I felt very comfortable with her and we discussed price and agreed that she would pet sit for me.  I asked her if she wanted a deposit to hold the time for me, but she did not.  Approximately 2 weeks before my departure, she returned and we reviewed anything that had changed and she again spent two hours with my dogs and getting instructions for the tv, coffeemaker, garage door, etc.  I was departing early on a Friday morning for the airport so she came and spent Thursday night so she would be there when I left.  She even offered to drive me to the airport!  She basically stayed at my house 24/7, walked my dogs daily, fed them and played with them.  As I was out of the country in a different time zone, I was only able to contact her once to inquire about how they were doing, but when I returned home she had left me daily notes about their activities and behavior.  Since I was returning somewhat late, I didn't want her to have to wait for me, but she also insisted that I call her when I arrived in Tampa so she could confirm that the dogs were cared for.  Overall, it was a great feeling having someone so conscientious caring for my pets, allowing me to enjoy my vacation!

Someone came to walk to dog for seven days.  They did a really good job as far as we can tell. I was out of town so it is really hard for me to tell.  I had a coupon and I paid &75. 

I was very concerned because I didn't want to leave them at the vets.  I found having someone in my home would be the most cost effective.  I thought she was compassionate and I was able to have a worry free vacation.  She checked in every other day.  She even watered the plants and was attentive to my animals.  When I came home everything was in order and the house was clean. 

Great job my dogs went right to her and she was very friendly. My house was left in a orderly condition.
I was very pleased with the services she provided.

Suzanne arrived exactly on time. She entered respectful of my dogs and their quirky behaviors. The day of my procedure, she drove me to and from the hospital and delivered me safely home. While I recovered, Suzanne took care of my dogs, feeding them and catering to their outside needs.
