Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
The Service started out good bit then. Over the last couple of months I have had issue with them performing the required service. Several times the Filter was not cleaned. and twice I was told the service was completed but when I got home my salt system was flashing that it was low/no salt. The worst part is there is no way to reach them they do not answer phone calls or respond to the 15 voicemail messages I have left. I have tried texting multiple times and get no answer as well. I have even emailed them several times and still nothing. Since I am at work every time they come I can not get ahold of them. Do not use this service as you will regret it in the end.

These guys REALLY let me down. They "seemed" to be fine at 1st but, their lack of communication & professionalism came shinning through. I had 1 issue with a piece of equipment that THEY installed &, instead of trying to solve the problem they stopped returning calls and quit showing up. My pool turned green. I had to call a new service & fix their issues. Do NOT hire these guys.

This company and the owner Jon are WONDERFUL! As a single woman homeowner, getting quality help is difficult. SureBlue Pool Services is the 3rd pool company I've tried. He has gone above and beyond, fixed my pool problem and actually done the job. So thankful!
