Very prompt. Always courteous and professional. Get the work done and you up and going. I went with another vendor to buy and install my new unit because I had one of those home warranty policies. Big mistake. I got very little discount for paying in for many years, and the installer did a crappy job. Nobody but Lindsey from this point forward.

We had a problem and another company came out to help investigate the problem. They discovered the leak, but said the best bet was to replace the whole unit and not giving repairing the leak as an option. We were shopping around for $3,000 replace units when Lindsey's came out to provide a quote. Tom looked at the problem and offered the leak fix solution. We took him up on it and the unit has been working solidly for almost a month.

The explained they could fix the problem or that it might be time to get a new unit because I had had that problem before. But there was no pressure. The owner came out and gave me the details on putting in a new unit and I did that. They came out quickly and installed it and did a beautiful job. It went smoothly. They fixed everything and answered all of my questions. They were very knowledgeable. Clean, neat, tidy, I just loved them.

GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS DONE. THEY WERE PROMPT AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING IN THE AREA WHEN COMPLETE. SHOWED PERSON HOW TO OPERATE SYSTEM WHEN COMPLETED.
