This gentleman represented more than he had available. I gave him $400 up front for materials. We broke his proposal down into 4 steps and he skipped the 1st step which messed up the 2nd step. When he was asked to correct the first step he dissappeared and he has not returned my phone calls. I requested at least half of my deposit back and I have not received that.
Description of Work: Received an estimate and accepted a bid to restore flooring and repair a block wall.
