We could not be more pleased with how professionally our repair project was handled by Ken Williams (Suncoast Building Contractors) and his skilled crew. He responded within an hour of our call about the leak in the dining room ceiling with a crew to stop the damage. He had recently done work for a neighbor and was highly recommended. He quickly coordinated everything that was needed and brought in the professionals with the specific skills to ensure the job was done right, worked with the insurance adjuster, and was hands-on to make sure of the quality of the work being done. His crew kept a very clean job site (as much as possible with demo and drywall work!) and protected our floors and furniture. The crew was extremely courteous, thoughtful and dependable - in addition to efficient and professional work. We always knew when to expect them and what was being done each day. We were so pleased with the quality of the work and the pricing that we hired them paint the rest of the living area. Ken really cared and went the extra mile to make sure the work was done right and within a short schedule. He gives over and above what was promised. We plan on using him in future projects and have already recommended to friends.

Ken Williams (Suncoast Building Contractors) was a Godsend. I found Suncoast Building Contractors online, and hired them to do a garage floor and ceiling. His work was so professional and punctual that I asked him to give me an estimate on a kitchen remodel that we had been planning. We had another estimate before we found Ken Williams/Suncoast Building Contractors. Ken gave us a better estimate, and we much better in explaining the details of the process, and not trying to gouge us on the price. In performing the kitchen remodel, significant water and termite damage was found in a beam supporting the 2nd floor - Ken handled it quickly and professionally, and worked extra hours to make sure that the house was safe and structurally sound. I am so pleased with Ken, that we decided to have him remodel our kitchen, livingroom, and demo/rebuilid a family room. He is a consumate professional and I highly recommend him.
