Did a fantastic job on my pool that was in serious need of cleaning.

Iâ ve had the pleasure of using Jorge 's hot tub cleaning services, and I am thoroughly impressed. They are highly professional, punctual, and dedicated to delivering excellent results. George and his friend(the red head, forgot his name) were super nice and very knowledgeable. I hired them to clean my pool and replace my pump. They came over within 20 minutes of calling me gave me an estimate and ordered the part. Told me while the pump wasnt running cleaning was a waste because the watwr would just settle and the chemicals wouldnt mix well. After about three days they told me the part was in and came over that monday. Cleaned while the red head put the pump in. Had it done in less then two hours. Once my pool boy that i have is done with his contract i will be keeping them on full time.

If I could give them all zeros I would- I am a mother of 2 just got a house with a pool in which I am clueless . The pump stopped working so I went to Angie list and this company reached out and offered to help me . They came the first time . Charged me 150 just to diagnose the problem they said it needed a new pump and said it was 200 and altogether it would be 500 for the pump and installation to get my pool in working order. The day of diagnosis he showed me the pump skimmer basket that he broke and I assumed when they came back and did the pump they would have one of those for the replacement since I have him on camera breaking it. So they come back a week or so later put the pump on and me being the trusting person I was thinking they would make sure it was in working order when they left that is what I hired them for-all the while they were YouTubing stuff in my opinion I do not think the one dude knows what he is doing at all- the red head guy was doing all the work and was pretty friendly. But he did not bring a replacement lid so the pump was on and guess what it kicks on but is not sucking anything back . So basically they said it was because I needed a new pump lid and just left. 700 later- !!! I texted him and told him that the pump lid was not broken and he agreed to get it (because they broke it) so the next day he messaged me in the am and says he is headed to pool supply to get the lid and bring it over . Fine so then I get a text with pics of the kids and that they are 150 and he is not buying it- !!! So here u sit a single mom of 2 my son is autistic and swims as a therapy and 700 later and my pool still is not working Jorge was so rude and unprofessional unknowable and would not refund anything or buy the lid which is 100 I do not have and before u made this review i offered him a change to make it right as he should of but he should be adkamed of himself . Crooked pool guy- !!!!
