This new pappraisal was a key part of our Permit application which has since been approved by Treasure Island. During the early weeks of the Hurricane Helene disaster, Bluemark Valuation Advisors were able to produce a 50 page appraisal, complete with color photos, statistics and supporting documentation. Even as federal, state and local governments were finding their way through the bureaucratic maze, Bluemark remained engaged with all entities, ensuring the appraisal would meet the ever-changing requirements. Some of my neighbors have had their appraisals returned by the city government, but not mine! I am confident that Bluemark and Victor Torres will be instrumental in saving my home and returning it to it is original condition.
