Christina Jackson was very efficient in handling all the permitting and keeping me up to date on the installation process. Her team came on time and performed all the work that needed to be done in a timely and efficient manner. The installers were very professional and took time to answer all my questions about the installation and operation of the unit and what to do when it came time to replace my roof. They left the site clean and free of debris. After the installation was complete she submitted all the necessary paper work to Duke Energy to get the unit hooked up. She has personally come out to handle a situation with the unit months later. She has gone to bat for me with the company not honoring their agreement with me. I can not say enough about this company and Christina Jackson. More businesses should have the ethics and commitment that this company has. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add solar to their home or business.

There have been many other solar companies trying to complete my system. The one that installed it, took my money and ran. The others tech's were clueless, and costly. I was about to give up, then Christina Jackson from Bay Area Solar Solutions said she could handle the job. She came out ( on time ) to my house and got right to work. within a couple of hours she had the whole system up and running. This is Saint Petersburg, Florida. They are local here and we like supporting local businesses. Everything went extremely well. We asked for the solar panels to be placed as symetrically as possible and they were. They maximized the amount of power that would be possible without going over the limit that triggers "Tier Two" and higher insurance rates. They were very patient with us while it took us a while to get our home equity loan to pay for this. Very clean installation with no wiring showing on the roof. All panels made in the USA. Extremely good customer service and support for us (we are new to solar everything). Nice and on time. I would recommend to anyone. A+ in every way.
