I asked for a quote/visit from this company and he was here within a couple of hours (right at the time he said he'd be here). Super nice guy, real pro! He even gave me a tip on how to avoid the failing lock thing from happening again (or at least lessen the chance of it). I found a good locksmith that I will use from now on. The lock on our Med Cart at my Medical Group Home was getting jammed. Needed someone to get out soon to fix it as its very important it locks when not in use. Act Now called in 5min and was out to our place in about a hour. Quickly fixed and fairly priced. Very happy!

Tony was great! A true example of great customer service. There was a problem after the lock had been installed that neither of us could have foreseen. He researched what could be done and came back the next day and tried several solutions until one worked and at the least amount of cost to me! I would not hesitate to hire him again or to recommend him to others!

Awesome emergency service! The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. He rekeyed my truck's ignition and door, as well as my business when my keys were stolen.
