Paid $700 for a half days work and I was left with nowhere near a match to the existing ceiling texture.

"We are so sorry to hear of this. According to our records this job was done back in November, 4 months ago. We are not sure why you would pay us in full and let John leave if your texture didn't look right, and then contact us 4 months later. As I tell every customer, someone must be present to inspect our work and render payment at the end of a job, as we want to make sure you are satisfied with our work. As you can see by our reputation we are an A rated company, and we back up all of our work. We did get your text and pictures late yesterday, Sunday, and you were very rude and condescending. John gladly would have come out and looked at your job to see if there was a problem with his work, or if that is new water damage as it looks to be in the picture. This makes plaster crystallize on the inside and pushes out. We are sorry you chose this route and didn't give us a chance to come assess your job at some point within the last 4 months."

John did a really professional job on an old plaster ceiling that needed extensive repairs; he is a real craftsman. I would especially recommend him for more challenging jobs and those requiring a higher-than-average degree of skill. I would definitely hire him again.

EXCELLENT!!! The finished product is beautiful- high quality, superior workmanship, looks wonderful. He and his wife are the kindest people - good kind of people who do a quality job and were true to their word. We will be using them for our entire house for re-plastering of our walls of our 1914 home in the future. We could not be more pleased.

John arrived right when he said he would. The work was done in an efficient and professional manner, and very close to the estimated time. He matched the existing stucco pattern extremely well. We would not hesitate to use their services again, and will recommend them to friends and family.

The repair work was done by John Sciandra. He always came on time for his appraisal and repair appointments. He repaired recent damage made during removal of a deck and also greatly improved the look of two areas where old stucco repairs had always been very noticeable. His restoration work was first rate and the walls look terrific.

Excellent work and easy to do business with. John texted in advance before he arrived to look at the work and provided a reasonable quote. Easy to schedule the work with his office, and John showed up on time as scheduled. All repairs were done in the timeframe he estimated, with excellent workmanship and clean-up. Our insurance company required that the stucco be repaired by a deadline. John and his wife communicated after it started pouring rain and the date he first came out was not working out. The next not so wet day he came out and did a fabulous job.

We were replacing the carpet in our master bedroom. I had used A Plus before to do a much more extensive plaster ceiling repair at my mother in law's home and he did an excellent job there. As an afterthought, I called John to see if it was possible to repair the ceiling at our home while the king sized bed was moved out from under the damaged area. Since time was limited, John was able to give me an estimate based on cell phone pictures that I texted to his wife. Then he scheduled the repair the very next Monday for us. John showed up as promised, very carefully covered and quarantined off the work site and did the repair. His ability to match the existing ceiling texture is amazing. It it wasn't for a slight color difference, it would be very nearly invisible. John also touched up another area of the bedroom that had been slightly stained by a roof leak. He is the best I have seen at repairing and matching texture on walls and ceilings.

John was excellent. Very professional, cleaned up after himself and matched the pattern of the ceiling plaster perfectly. He was running late but we were kept updated all along the way and he arrived within a reasonable time frame. I would use him again for sure.

1 had me go get two bags of motar from home depot. 2- He started job then told us we had to put two coats of sealer on new stucco 3-We are both elderly in late 70's 4-We received no paperwork and no receipt 5-grass is turning brown where he cleaned his mixer 6-just had drive way pressure washed and have two oil spots from his mixer. 7- He needs to learn to keep his politics and religion at home. 8- It appears he did do a good job on the stucco and I did give the house two coats of sealer. But everything else about his job is unacceptable

John offered you $100.00 off your bill if you wanted to run to Home Depot and pick him up the 2 bags he needed to finish out the day. you all were home daily so he thought maybe you wouldn't mind the trip....You certainly could have said no, that was a choice made by you. John tells everyone as he did you on the day of your estimate that the house would need to be sealed prior to painting. We are not sure what your age has to do with anything, but you all didn't appear elderly at all. Melissa sends out receipts for all jobs the last week of the month, if you were in a hurry for a receipt you could have asked for one prior to Johns departure, he has a receipt book in his truck. We are sorry if your grass has turned brown, but rest assured it will bounce right back. We are sorry that you had just pressure washed your driveway, if you had said something John could have gladly parked it in the street or the grass. And we are so sorry that you were offended by any political or religious differences that you may have had. Rest assured we take our reviews very seriously, and as you can see by our prior reviews we rarely have any complaints, which is probably why you hired us in the first place. We are however glad that you are happy with the end product, and we greatly appreciate your business!"
