"This is an unreasonable review for an extremely small and VERY custom unique job. When I called this customer, we had a good conversation and we connected on having both served in the US Army and our company being veteran-owned. I had apologized to him for whatever misunderstanding he had with my estimator. After our conversation, I sent my crew back out to his home to accommodate his additional unique and non-standard requests. He did not take our initial advice for alternative options (such as a landscape expert to install PVC drainage pipes, which was a more expensive & longer-term solution for what he needed). But some customers are irrational and cannot ever be satisfied. This review is unwarranted. Further, he demanded that I fire my estimator. I donÂ’t fire employees on a whim and especially not employees who are loyal, hard-working & diligent - and certainly not without proper coaching or counseling. We will be notifying our attorneys to have him remove this review. Please see our other more honest reviews of our 5-star company & of our hard-working employees. Thank you. - Richard Beyer"
