Replaced my pool pump. Now is pulling far too many khs. Will not check out or service. Says it is not his problem. Under no conditions, use this outfit.

"Bob we are sorry to hear about the motor. However, I explained that this is an issue that needed to be resolved with the manufacturer. They said that you would need to call them since you are the owner. Once you would have received the new motor we could have installed it for you. We could not do anything to help replace the damaged motor because you were still under warranty with them. Phil Rao."

Phil & his wife are amazing! They are very friendly and easy to deal with. We wanted our payment due on a certain date and it was no problem at all. We are doing some construction/tear down in our backyard and Phil had no issue with going around the mess to get to the pool. We look forward to every Tuesday to see our door hanger telling us what was done to our pool today. Pool is always sparkling clean and we would recommend this family owned business to anyone with a pool. Thank you Raos Pool Service, LLC for keeping us cool and our pool always ready for a swim!!!
