C&B Glass and Mirror

Called C&B at 955 this morning. Sent them three pictures of the window got a quote at a great price. They were able to send the repair folks out right away! Within 3 hours, I called, got a quote, and had the window fixed. They were extremely courteous and professional from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. They even answered a question we had about the sliding glass doors in our house before they left. I will reuse C&B and recommend them to anyone that has window needs in the future! Thanks so much to C&B!!!

They came out the same day that I called them and took measurements. Brian offered us a number of options and helped us figure out what would work best for us. The items were ready in a reasonable amount of time and installed expertly. We are very happy with the work that was performed and would definitely use them again.

We were remodeling our bathroom and had a huge mirror hanging above the vanity. I called to have this removed and then come back afterwards to cut and rehang the mirror. I was so happy when I called because I had waited until the last minute and they were able to squeeze me in so I didn't have to reschedule my granite install. After the granite was complete, I fully expected to have to wait for them to work me into their schedule but they came the next day, cut the mirror and rehung it. They were professional and a pleasure to work with.

I am selling a house in Solivita (Polk County Florida) but I live 1500 miles away. My Realtor was supposed to coordinate a few repairs that were specified in the buyer's contract to purchase, one of which was replacing a plexiglass window with real glass. After a month, the plexiglass replacement was still not done, and the only contractor that the Realtor hired who actually did show up performed several repairs, none of which were the repairs required in the contract. With very little time left, I contacted many contractors to do this job. Some never returned my calls and one said it would take 6 to 8 weeks before they could get to it and they'd need to have a permit and architectural committee approval (to replace a piece of plexiglass?!?). I was ready to schedule a flight for my husband to go to Florida to fix the window himself when I saw an ad for C&B Glass and Mirror. I called and spoke with Chantell - she was a breath of fresh air! Very pleasant and professional, after learning that we were up against a real estate settlement she told me she could have a technician out that same week. Within 2 days the window was replaced and they were kind enough to replace a lightbulb in the master bath shower which saved us from having to make more calls to handymen or electricians. At the completion of the job, Brian - the technician - sent me pictures of the work he did and Chantell emailed me the detailed receipt and credit card proof of payment so I could email it to the settlement agent. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of this work so quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of glass or mirror installation or replacement.
