Steve O'Neal has been in the Design / Construction industry for over 30 years and would love the opportunity to show you what experience and expertise can mean for the overall value of your project. When you are 100% sure about the project you want to initiate, please contact me for an estimate first. My services range from handyman work to new home construction and everything in between. I am a Licensed/Registered Florida Contractor. All my jobs are on a one on one basis with you. I don't send anyone else out to meet with you. Everything goes through me so you can feel you are getting the special attention you deserve for your project. I look forward to hearing from you when you know you are ready to begin your project. My prices are very competitive and my service is exceptional. When you are ready to start, so am I.

Steve replaced exterior door frame but our house. He was there on time he suggested materials that were more appropriate than we had thought about. He did an excellent job in the door looks great now. I would definitely use him for other projects around the house should I leave them.

Steve did as he promised and did an excellent job. What we need was the doors to the second bath opening inlarged to allow a wheel to access the bath. I had recently had a lower leg and foot removed so thus we need to be able to get to the bath room in a wheel chair. I am very satisfied with the job he did and fully recommend him.

Steve did a great job power washing and painting my house. He was very professional and paid attention to detail. Steve took the time to listen to me and made it a point to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I have delt with other contractors in the past but Steve was the best contractor I have had to do work for me. I would highly recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Steve added a walk-in closet to our master bedroom. The closet came out great...it looks like it was always there. He was professional and finished the project in the time frame he estimated. He also did some dry wall work on an existing wall. Would recommend Steve to anyone who needs work done.

Steve did a great job of repairing our fence and installing new lag bolts and anchors. We had planned on having some trees trimmed and when we found out he also did that, we had Steve complete that for us as well. His estimate was accurate and fair and we will definitely call him for any needed repairs in the future.

Steve O'Neal was very professional with his extremely high quality of workmanship, reliability and friendly. We bought a Montpelier Wooden Swing Set for our 4 year old and originally hired a handyman who totally botched the job up, they were cheaper, but split many pieces of wood, had screws in the wrong holes, even sticking out in parts that could have been very dangerous and put our son and/or his friends in the hospital or worse, they drilled holes in places that they didn't need too because there are holes already in place. Anyway, on a lighter note, Steve came to our rescue, took the thing apart and rebuilt it with a smile.

Used O'Neal Home Improvement and was charged the minimum $50 for the visit. While understandable, he moved two screws on the strike plate on my door jam to make the door close tightly. Mr. O'Neal did indicate that he would provide me a discount for a future visit. While the cost was steep, I will use Mr. O'Neal again.

Steve O'Neal is a very responsible home repair person. He arrived, as planned, and only a little late after making a call to that effect. He is professional, articulate, and the type of person you would welcome in your home. Steve took care of cleaning and re-grouting our shower stall. He also replaced a failed electrical receptacle, and cleaned out a bathroom lavatory drain. All within a little over two hours. The costs were reasonable and his ability to correct multiple problems was a money saver. I will have more work for Steve in the near future.
