A&D was reliable, punctual and professional. They pointed out a number of issues that we would never have found without them. At the completion of the inspection, they walked us through the house and discussed every area they inspected, showing us both the areas of concern and the areas that were done well. We received their written report the same day. Darrell and Andrea are very qualified and experienced. , They make a great team and are a pleasure to work with.

Tried calling several times. No returned phone calls. Found another company with online scheduling that was EXTREMELY responsive.

The A&D Inspection team was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time at the end of the inspection to walk through absolutely every part of the house and point out issues, smaller items, and many FYIs just so we knew about the house. I am very satisfied with the time they spent inspecting the home and telling us about their findings. I feel that we hired experts and I would hire them again.

The Inspector (Darrell) was GREAT! The home had issues!! I've had several home inspections before, but the inspectors seemed somewhat impersonal - not that they weren't courteous, they were. A&D is very knowledgeable and had a friendly sociable way of communicating explanations of what they found and if it was a repair or maintenance issue. If ever I need another home inspection, It will be A&D! Thanks A&D!!!
