Courtney was excellent in getting our property sold. After dealing with multiple other realtors in attempts to sell an old property, Courtney was a breath of fresh air. He was able to generate a nonstop pool of leads and offers. In the end we sold the property at an acceptable price. Kathy and the rest of the Welch team provided great support of the transaction ensuring that everyone knew what needed to get done and when to proceed with the sale. She kept us informed all the way to the end. Would definitely use the Welch team again for my property sales needs.

Fifth time using the Welch Team over the past 12 years. Moving into our dream neighborhood this time! Excellent! I have bought and sold many properties. I was just moving to Jacksonville, and needed to find my home to live in. Katie did everything possible to make sure I found the house that was right for me. There was never any pressure. She is a great negotiator, and when issues arose, she really went to bat for me. She did everything possible from day one until after closing. I will be buying investment properties here, and she will be the only realtor I will work with. The Welch Team at Keller/Williams Jacksonville Realty are just that. A team. Joe Ritch, our realtor, and Claire Cumberland our transaction coordinator, worked so well together that in less than 9 months, they took my wife, Teresa, and me from novices in the home buying market to first time home owners of a newly constructed home. Joe showed us homes that interested us but sensed we longed for more. He took us to a new construction community and that was all she wrote. We began the process right then and there. Soon thereafter we were introduced to Claire Cumberland. Claire listened to us and instinctively knew our concerns before we knew them ourselves. She made sure we were well informed and that the ensuing process flowed smoothly. She personally made phone calls to ensure all involved worked on our behalf. Their attention to detail was excellent. They were in constant communication with me on every step in the process. When we went to the closing, we were able to close on our sale and buy at the same time and the process on took 90 minutes. This was because of the coordination effort that the Welch Team accomplished before the closing date. I would definitely use the Welch Team on any future real estate needs in the future.

Phenomenal experience! The professionalism of the Welch Team and every team member has gone above and beyond our expectations. Our Agent Krista Wilson, listed our condominium in Atlantic Beach and within just 3 days, we had multiple offers. The Welch Team expertly guided us though the ins and outs of each offer. We accepted an offer that was above our asking price, cash and wanting to close within just 10 days. We realize this isn't normal when selling a home. I am so impressed with the Welch Team at Keller Williams. I had 2 CASH OFFERS within 2 days, closed within 60 days, and got my asking price. Before switching to the Welch Team, I wasted 6 months with wrong pricing, window shoppers, and under-funded buyers. Advice on pricing and marketing was spot on and amazingly effective. We cannot say enough about the Welch Team.  They work so well together we call them "a well oiled machine".  They used every form of media to advertise our home for sale.  The team was with us from listing our home for sale through the closing.  We were kept up to speed on every aspect of the process.  If we contacted anyone on the team we received a response immediately.
     The buyers of our home requested a one year homeowners policy which we were glad to purchase for them.  I started looking for policy's and there were so many to choose from, covering so many different aspects of a home with so many different deductibles.  I called Kelly who is on the Welch Team to see if she could suggest some companies to me.  Kelly said she would take care of it and for me not to worry.  What a relief.
     As everyone knows moving is very stressful, but with the Welch Team a lot of the stress is removed.  They went above and beyond the call of duty.  We put a binder down on one house and right before closing decided that was not the place for us.  The Welch Team was able to get our binder back and proceeded to help us find a house we would love.
     I was out of town so Emily from the Welch Team took my husband to look at houses that he thought we would be interested in.  Emily went into each home with him and pointed out the pros and cons of each place.  She was able to put his mind at ease and help guide him through the process of picking a house. 
     The appropriate person was with us every step of the way.  Everything was explained to us in terms that we could understand and in a way that made us feel comfortable and at ease.
     The people on the Welch Team were helpful beyond words.  We worked with Christine, Mark, Kelly, Emily and Claire.  From the first meeting my husband and I felt like we had known each one of them for a while.  Each one of them was very personable.
