I hired Mr. Zamparelli for a backyard landscape install and some hard scape adjustments. From the start of the job, the lack of communication, poor customer service and never knowing if he was going to show up was disappointing and frustrating to say the least. What shouldâ  ve taken two weeks ended up three months without the job being finished Many unanswered phone calls, text and emails. He quit work in the middle of the job and always had an excuse why he could not come back and finish ( the times he did communicate). I gave him many many chances to make it right, which he never did.
