Look no further than Sunshine Roofing. They are efficient, reliable, on time and take care of all insurance and HOA paperwork. From my first call I could tell they had a great office manager that stayed on top of things. Everything was handled professionally. This company has been around for a while in our community and I understand why.

Chuck, Kathy and the team at Sunshine Roof Services were great to work with. They helped me deal with my insurance company and were quick to respond to my questions. Went very well, materials delivered on Wednesday. Job was started Thursday morning and completed Thursday afternoon. Excellent clean up and dumpster was picked up Friday morning.

Sunshine showed up exactly when they said they would, completed the job in two days. Cleaned up the site, Chuck showed up 2 days later, reviewed the finished work to ensure we were satisfied. We had two other companies quote this job and Chuck saved us money over the other two companies and gave us a quality job.

Very well. Crew arrived at scheduled time & completed assigned tasks in about four hours. Replacement shingles match existing perfectly & cannot tell anything was done. Crew left job site as clean as they found it.

Everything was done to perfection!! They came out the next day after the call. Handled our Hail Damage Claim and replaced the roof in 2 days!! They were Excellent!! I recomend to anyone who needs their roof repaired or replaced!!

Everything went like clock work. The shingles were delivered and placed on our roof right on schedule. Same with the delivery of the dumpster. The team took 3 days to remove the old shingles and replace. The spent another 1/2 day cleaning the premises - and did a great job! Real pleased and would hire them again!

Sunshine Roofing was hired to replace my roof. The roof they put on leaked from the very beginning. When I complained, Sunshine Roofing attempted a substandard repair by applying a line of roofing tar to fix a major leak I had the roof inspected by a roofing engineer and I had to sue Sunshine Roofing to get them to honor their warranty. As it was, I had to pay half of the cost of materials to re-roof my house that was still under warranty. The following facts are not in dispute and I have photographic proof: Sunshine Roof was served with a lawsuit after they did not respond to my request for repair to my roof under their warranty Sunshine Roof and I settled to re-roof my house with me paying for half of the material costs (an outrageous cost to me to repair their work) After re-roofing the roof leaked again. Sunshine Roof replaced a large portion of the front of my house in 2016 to stop the leak. The roof continued to leak. In 2017 the roof leaked again causing damage to a large area of ceiling in my laundry room, corridor and kitchen Sunshine roof attempted to repair this leak. The repair work was so extensive that St. John’s County required them to get a permit. Once again, the repair was unsuccessful and the leak is worse than ever I know have to get a competent roofer to repair my roof and the interior of my house, as Sunshine Roofing is not capable of roofing a house. Use them at your own peril. You will be sorry if you use them.

Chuck took the time to explain the process and materials. He helped deal with the insurance company, even after the fact and succeeded in getting them to agree to more than they initially offered. But the best part was, the crew arrived early and worked the entire day to complete the job in that one day! Clean up was thorough. Two days later, we had 5 inches of rain in 24 hrs. True test...no issues. Highly recommend Sunshine Roofing!

Sunshine Roof Services exceeded our expectations in every way. They understood our predicament and finished the removal and replacement of our roof with in a week of scheduling. I got 5 estimates and chose Sunshine Roof Services because Chuck explained the re-roof process thoroughly, made himself readily available for subsequent questions by phone, and gave me a good price. The workers came on the day and time I expected and worked constantly with their only break being for lunch. Chuck said it would take 1.5 days at most and he was right. They had tarps on the ground all around the house and did a good job cleaning up their mess when they finished. The next day, another guy came by with a big magnet to find any hidden nails that didn't get caught by the tarps and he checked my gutters to make sure they were re-attached properly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing roofing work.

chuck was honest, dealt with my homeowners insurance, did not ask me to sign my insurance rights over to him like other contractors wanted me to do. roof job started and was completed on time. no hidden charges. his catch all scott was great and after roof job was finished scott came back and addressed and fixed any issues i had. i refer sunshine to any one that needs roofing work. i would use them again.

Excellent experience..(after dealing with some abysmal Home Depot , Home Services for windows), I found this listing on Angies List. Chuck showed up promptly for initial estimate, he determined that the job needed hood type vents vice a ridge vent and gave me the same discount and price. They completed the job in less than a day and less than a week after the scheduling of it. Recommend him highly!!

This company was a pleasure to work with. The owner helped us pick out appropriate materials and worked with our HOA to ensure compliance. He communicated with us during the project so we knew when the workers would arrive and complete the roof. He handled the permit process and told us the roof would be completed in two days and it was. He also ensured that the area around our house was cleared of all materials and debris and hauled them away. The roof looks great and would highly recommend this company.

Made appt to inspect. Inspected sent me pictures of the areas that needed wood repair from inside the attic showing water leaks
to justify the repairs so I could actually see what was needed. Made a bid to include all items including the ones I didnt know I
should ask about. Answered all of my questions . Put everything I wanted in writing and to boot gave me the best price as I
had gotten other quotes and Sunshine Roofing was the lowest with the best information and the most amount of work to be done.,
Came on time, finished on time, cleaned up everything, including the yard, made sure all nails gone from the flower beds etc.
Gave me time to have the inspection by the county and by my inspector. Supplied photos and gave me wind mitigation forms
all filled out so my insurance was reduced also. All this without me knowing exactly what I was doing certainly made me feel
well served . A super pleasant with no surprise, a pleasure to have done business with them. I do alot of business and its rare
to find such a great firm. I am an out of town owner so its very important to work with people I can trust.
