Russell and his team did an outstanding job! They were contacted at 10:30PM on a Saturday night. Within minutes, they were arriving and mitigating the damage and removing the water. He answered all questions that came up throughout the experience. He stopped by every morning to check on the drying process for the next week (lots of water damage!). He made lots of recommendations moving forward too! Without hesitation, I would recommend Russell and his team. They provided exceptional service!

Gerard their rep, came out and looked at the house. He said it would be $9 a square foot which would be $18,000. I told him that I had other estimates to look at and he walked away and made a call. He came back and said he could give me $7 per foot as a "special rate". But he said I had to make a decision right away. I had the second company come out and the second company gave me a normal price quote of $3.50. Half of the "special rate" Puroclean gave me. I went with the second company and they did a great job. I can't believe Puroclean was gouging prices like this after a hurricane.
