I would highly recommend this company. The owner Jim Fox promptly came out to look at our project which was an entire home LVP installation. From start to finish Jim and his installation team did a great job of keeping us informed on the status of the project daily. The installation crew and foreman were professional, friendly and very talented. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

Floor Coverings International of St. Augustine, FL was a fantastic company to deal with from start to finish! Company owner Jim Fox was true to his word in every way. Professional and friendly with a tremendous knowledge of floor coverings! We chose Luxury Vinyl Planking for our home and it was a great choice. Jim showed us many samples and we found the perfect flooring for us! Everything Jim said he would do, he did without fail. Order date and start date was exactly what we were told. The installer husband and wife team were excellent and kept us informed every step of the project. No detail was left without perfection. They answered out questions and made sure we were happy! Jim Fox, the owner, was at our house during installation everyday (sometimes twice) to make sure we were happy! Outstanding Company and employees!

The owner worked hard to find me just what I wanted in LVP flooring. Their installer produced a very high quality floor for us. We're very happy with the end result. They weren't the cheapest proposal but they instilled the most confidence.

Truly top drawer! The team from Floor Coverings International, St Augustine, did an awesome job for us. The job included removing most existing flooring (about 1750 sq ft) in our house - tile, laminate and carpet - and replacing all with new tile. All associated baseboards were also replaced. The tile installation was led by an absolute expert - complete type A - who insisted on perfection for every tile and every cut. He corrected every issue and worked closely with me on fireplace surrounds, transition sections, and avoiding small pieces. The other two men on his team were also excellent. As for the baseboards, the installer is also a perfectionist - known for the fact that only he may touch HIS baseboards. Thus, he works alone - brings a good dose of OCD to the task - and produces fantastic results. The skilled workmanship and outstanding attention to detail for both tile and baseboards were beyond compare. Jim Fox, our salesman and the franchise owner, was also superb, meeting our every request and visiting the job site 5 or 6 times during the week long tear out and installation. Communication was excellent. He never failed to call or text us right back. If you want the highest quality results, hire these guys for tile and baseboards!

I am so happy with Floor Coverings International, my floors are absolutely gorgeous. The awesome 2 man crew were professional polite and did my floors in one day, a few days later they came back and viewed the job to make sure I was happy. They are the best.

They did very good job of installing carpet in two rooms of our house.

I had waterproof laminate installed in kitchen, 1/2 bath, and small den and they did a very nice job - the floor looks great.. There were a few mishaps with not enough product ordered, and a plumber needed, but came back when promised and finished the job expertly. Inspection is today to see when a problem with a couple of dented boards can be fixed and to inspect the finished job. Overall, I am quite happy with this business and would use them again - they will be fixing the dented boards (installer mishap, not product)

Highly recommend these guys for carpet. The gentlemen texted us pictures of the carpet, gave us a quote we couldn’t pass up, and sent his best installers. More importantly, he ensured on multiple phone calls we were happy with the carpet before even worrying about the billing side. Can’t say enough how great these guys are and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get carpet installed at a very competitive price! Thank you again Jim!
