Eli Stonework, LLC

I am so disappointed. Eli is a seemingly nice guy, but does not follow through and does not stand by his work. I spent a lot of money w him, doing 2100 sq feet of high end LVT and the remodeling of two bathrooms and an addition of tile back splash in my kitchen. My problem is with one of my two bathrooms. The tile in the shower is not adhered to the wall, and is likely going to fall off and seriously injure someone. I& Ve made appointments w Eli to discuss and he doesnt show, for various reasons like, "I was delayed, because I was stopped by the police." That excuse was 13 months ago, and he never rescheduled after that. I am writing this after realizing today that I have to get this repaired and he's clearly not going to warranty his work. His other work on my floors was okay, but problems with other bathroom work, that he had to come back and fix. Bottom line, he seems competent, but when your tile job has failed, don't believe he'll fix it at 18 months or ever.

Eli and his team are fantastic i am in middle of renovating the home and I deal with a lot of people. So I know what I am talking about ð   . Eli and his team are very professional, clean and responsible with really fair price and excellent quality of job. ( i talked to 12 different company and people ) till I choose him and I am very happy about the project. They are very professional and they do not see you as $$$$$. Btw he did not ask me to write a review. I asked him if i can write it.

They were very efficient, respectful and the work was beautifully done. I look forward to working with them in the future.

A all the way around. Everyone was very pleasant who came to the house. Very fair pricing, but the reason why I hired them was how honest and genuine they came across. Planning to recommend to friends in need of similar work.

Wadeson & Eli were very professional! Wadeson worked alone and did a amazing job. He put down 505sq ft of 4ft x 8â tile in 2 days. This guy worked. He listened to what we wanted and performed! I am a TOUGH critic because nothing frustrates me more than lazy work. Eli will not leave your house until your satisfied and then will go above and beyond that. You wonâ t regret hiring him. Prices were so low I was worried about the quality of work but it was the best quality Iâ ve seen in a long time. Been through my fair share of contractors.

I am very pleased with the work done. I had them install lvp flooring. They thought it would be a 1 day job, but it took 2 days because of some issues with existing flooring from previous homeowner. They took the time to make sure the job was complete, including all the trim work, clean up etc.

Eli did the initial estimate for the floor install. It was an honest, not exaggerated, total square yardage estimate. As such, the cost estimate was reasonable and fair. (I had previously done my own square yardage measurement). From the start, I felt comfortable working with Eli and his referrals.

Fantastic work

They are completely destructive and are NOT gentle movers. Also the owner is a scheister. He does not do any of the work and instead has what seems to be illegal immigrants who speak no English doing work for him. His crew broke everything, scratched everything, dented everything, and left my brand new 1 1/2 year old home in shambles and was my responsibility to fix it once it was all said and done. Eli said I would never know he was here and Well that was a crock of BS cause everything including kitchen cabinets were damaged beyond repair and have to be professionally fixed and I have to pay for that. The tile men do NOT know anything about laying tile and I paid extra for silver grout to blend with my tiles and they diluted the grout so much that it all came out white and looked atrocious! This too was my fault and he refused to accept blame for not providing me with what I wanted. He also did not get the money that he wanted either and was very threatening to me. I saw he had a lot of 5 star reviews on ANGI and I can not imagine how so I wanted to warn others who were fooled by the reviews that you need to stay clear of this company. Just go with someone who is more expensive as you will have way less headaches in the end. I am having to pay double what I paid him in order to get my home repaired and also had to pay Sir Grout to come and fix and color-seal my grout that I paid them to do in the first place. That cost close to $5,000. Still have to get damage to wood, baseboards and cabinets repaired and painted and that is having to wait so I could get tile corrected. Now I have to look at the damage every day and it infuriates me. DO NOT USE this company. They are beyond awful!!!
