Cottage Home Company LLC

The home is wonderful.  We found them on the internet and just decided to give it a shot after we looked at some of the products that they built.  We spoke to the builder and we really did like him because he was very responsive.  He completed it on time.  He was well over budget and we knew he was going to be because we changed our minds on a couple of things.  He did exactly what we asked for and he said, ‘when I do this it will cost you a little more money’, and it did but that was fine because we asked him to do a couple of changes.  He was actually a little ahead of time.  He indicated five months but he did it in four and a half months.  He was just exceptional for all kinds of reasons.  He is the most responsive builder we ever had and we built around three homes.  I would tell others, ‘if you want the home built in the budget that you have set and if you want to built it on time, he is the man’.  The price was very reasonable.
