+ 1 moreThey started on the deck Feb. 16th and finished Feb.23rd. Then they filed the permit for the Lanai. They returned March 24th to the Lanai framing and roof. Finished framing on 25-26th. They then informed us that they had to order the windows. One month into the project and then the windows are ordered.
Description of Work: They put up a deck the length of the house-48'. Two-thirds of the deck is a closed Lanai with screened in windows on the open side and an entrance onto the open deck.

Description of Work: On site visit to see the area we would like screened in. He made a very early appointment time so he would be able to talk to both my husband and me prior to our leaving for work that day. He gave us an estimate for the job once we determined what we would like.

+ -1 moreThey came up with better ideas than my own. Arrived on time. Removed old screens and aluminum; swept up all the dirt around ; installed new movable vinyl screens and windows. cleaned up everything before they left. fantastic new room. Great company-great work.
