They started on the deck Feb. 16th and finished Feb.23rd. Then they filed the permit for the Lanai. They returned March 24th to the Lanai framing and roof. Finished framing on 25-26th. They then informed us that they had to order the windows. One month into the project and then the windows are ordered.

They came up with better ideas than my own. Arrived on time. Removed old screens and aluminum; swept up all the dirt around ;
