The job went beautifully. It was done quickly. The crew was very profession and kept the workplace very clean. We are pleased with the quality of the work and would recommend Boston Painting. And, the price was also reasonable. We would use them again.

update on review dated ( 4/4/2014 ). out-of-the-blue, I received a call from
the owner's wife to schedule the power-washing of my house in preparation for
painting it. I was blown away, after trying to get them to respond to my emails
and phone messages for about a month. of course, I wanted to know what was
going on??

lots of scenarios were discussed? did I use the wrong email? nope, right
one. didn't I get a return voice mail on my phone? nope, I didn't. they never
got my emails? really, so I sent copies. Danny was suppose to return my call
or his wife was suppose to return it, who really knows. all i know was that I
didn't receive a return phone call or replies to my emails.

after listening to lots of their possible explanations, I had to decide
whether to go forward with Boston painting to paint the exterior of my house.
after some thought, I decided to have Boston do the job and I am happy that I
did.

he and his crew (4-5 folks) came in like the wind, power -washed and
prepped one day, one coat of loxon xp the next day 1/2 day, due to chance of
rain, then second coat of loxon, 2 coats of trim and accent paint on the last
day. during the final walk thru, I noticed a piece of trim that had not been
painted at all, asked him to touch up a few places and to clean up a few
left-behind messes.

overall, I am very pleased with the job Danny and his crew did. he
protected areas not to b painted, like the fence, carriage lights, shrubbery,
paver driveway, etc., he knew what he was doing in the application of the
elastometric paint and he came and went as quickly as was possible. so,
after all of the drama on the front end, he came through in the end. so on the
job itself, I will give him a B+, but on arranging, planning and staying in
contact on the front end, I will give me a C-.

Boston Painting Services LLC did an excellent job and the prices were reasonable. I have hired him 3 times.

They did an excellent job. They called when I called and asked them to call back. They came out and gave us an estimate, and they stuck with the estimate. They were very prompt in their service, whereas another company didn't even call back. I certainly will use them again.

They did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again for both my home and office.

I've never been one who automatically goes with the lowest bid. Quality, professionalism, and personality are some of the main things I look for when taking estimates for a project. We just lucked out that Boston Painting also came in lower than the two other companies. It was a small project. Just a tiny bedroom that needed a fresh look before we could start to call it a nursery. The owner arrived on time for the estimate, and had a quote for me after a quick look around. He was professional, yet friendly, and came in with an estimate almost half that of the others. Once the written quote was emailed and I gave the go ahead, the owner and two other employees arrived a couple days later ready to get started. Drop cloths where laid, instructions were given, and the two employees went to work. The room came out looking great. Really, we couldn't have been more pleased with the guys at Boston Painting. They gave a quality service with the value, professionalism, and friendliness that I look for. This was the first time I had ever hired someone else to do my painting, but these guys can be expecting a phone call when it comes time to brighten up the rest of the house.
