QUICK DRY CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

We might have been concerned when the office revised the advertised estimate upward by $20, but perhaps that was just coincidental. The workman arrived on time but the speed with which he raced through the job startled us. A few days later we looked at the receipt and then realized he wrote that there was no guarantee on the cleaning because our carpets were "shot, even hole's."  Our mistake was in not looking at the receipt while he was here so we could discuss it with him. His unprofessionalism was that he said nothing whatever about the condition of the carpets when he started the work or while doing the work, nor did he point out any problem when he handed us the receipt and took our check without comment.  We felt that we had no recourse on this matter, but we have never been angrier about a business transaction.  
As an aside:  We are in our 80s and the carpet may have been "shot" because it is old. As far as we are concerned that is no excuse for the way this matter was handled.

The first time they put the tile down, it was the wrong tile. It came up and put down lineonum and said it was tile. I got them to come back out and they cut one of the pieces of the tile (they tried to hide it). They put sealer over it and it is currently torn.

They never showed up.
