Mattresses
I only wanted to purchase a mattress, did not need a box spring because I have an antique bed. I informed them of this when I ordered it. I was charged for both and was told it would be 7-10 days for the refund of the charge even though it was their error. It ended up taking 2 months and numerous phone calls for the charge to be refunded.
