We are a fully "mobile" company bringing our own water and electricity to any location. We are licensed and insured. We only use professional detailing products on any of our customers vehicles. All of our Technicians have been factory trained to ensure our excellence in our trade. We have never left a customer unhappy. EVER!

He was young, he mentioned everyone thought he was the best. Hover, he had to come out on three different days to finish my vehicles. It cost me more than I thought it should. He offered to come back so we could continue on a regular basis, but I haven't heard anything from him.

"Our company performed full details on these vehicles. It took three days due to the vehicles condition. There was an EXTREME amount of dog hair, urine and even feces in the vehicle due to them always being in the vehicles. The condition of the vehicles was VERY poor and we did our best to remove all of these issues from the 3 dogs damage. Myself and (Removed member name) spoke before performing the details and he was explained the situation fully on his expectations and what the finished outcome would be. He was WAY undercharged for the condition of the two SUVs. Our company performs thousands of details throughout each year. We have been in business for many years we continue to win the US Commerce Assc. award for the best detailing company in Pasco. I believe this review to be a little misleading. I look at it as if he was so unhappy why pay, or ask to be put on our monthly maintenance plan? (Removed member name) agreed to the vehicles outcome after the details where performed as well as paying for the service. We strive for excellence as well as customer satisfaction and we pride ourselves in NEVER having unsatisfied customers. We never received any call to his unhappiness or it would have been resolved."

Robert did an excellent job. The car looks great and he provided excellent information about treating our leather and other good tips.... like repairing a scratch and where to get the paint. Offered to do the repair. Plan on using him every 2-3 months for a wash, wax, and treat leather for $55. I would recommend without hesitation. You can't go wrong.

There are two car details with very similar names. I have used one before and although they did a good job my appt had to be rescheduled. I decided to try again and some how I end up emailing both companies thinking I had the same one. Well once again the other company called to reschedule. I then got an email from the other company to confirm our appt. Now I'm a little confused and mention it to Robert @A Ultimate that his wife had canceled the appt and rescheduled. I think he was just as surprised as I was as he mention he is the only one that makes appt....Well to make a long story short I kept the 11am appt he came did a great job and I have rescheduled for my monthly detail. This was a blessing in disguise...
He gave me some suggestions on keeping the car in good condition as I did mention to him this car will be with me forever...:)
