About us
West Central Florida Contracting, Inc. has over 25 years of experience combined among the owners mastering Stucco (Cementous & Synthetic), Drywall, Painting, Precast and Decorative Foam among other services. We currently work in New Residential Homes (Track and Custom), Commercial (Gas Stations, Schools, Shopping Centers, etc.) with various builders but now small work is ever too small for us so we welcome any opportunity to assist our community fix their homes. We are license in the State of Florida, Insured and willing to build new relationships with Great Work and Pricing. WCFC counts with our own team of over 45 employees (divided in groups of 7-10) so that we can come in; get the work done and come out. We also warrantee our work and keep coming back as many times you need us if there are any patches or small fixtures that needs to be done.

Very dishonest, Stay far far away. Will lie right to your face, take your money and wont respond. When he does show up its just to pretend he is doing work and he uses very shady labor. I recognized one of his workers because I hired him at home depot weeks before. Find a real stucco expert, all the good reviews are clearly fake.

Outside Stucco Repair Work with Painting... Purposely waited three months (April-June) before doing review as I wanted to see how the quality of their work would do in the upcoming rainy season. Bottom line, all is indeed well after many a hard storm over the past couple of months. This company is very professional in their communication, plan, work, and follow up. Job was finished in two days as expected and the work area cleaned up to the point that you could not even tell they had been there. Joseph (GM/Sales) was a pleasure to work with and always prompt with any follow up needed. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have this type of work done.

They are a wonderful company to work with. We had vinyl siding removed from our house and then stucco put on. Very professional and responsive to any calls or text I sent them. They always kept us informed of the status of our project and went above and beyond! I highly recommend them.

Great service !!! I really like the whole team. Joseph, the general manager was very friendly and reasonable. He gave me quote for stucco repair for walls and column cracks. It turned out we have more extra cracks than we expected. He honored the original price without extra charge. He also kept the promise of painting repaired areas. Jose and Antonio were wonderful of doing repairs. very detailed.. I love their work and the price was great was well !!! Thank you for doing great job. I already recommended them to my neighbor.

Joseph and all of his crew were very friendly and respectful. Their work and followup was good and met all of my expectations. Their price was good and competitive and very fair. I did a lot of research and received several bids over a period of time and their bid was the best. I highly recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.
