New well pump took a couple of hours to install..$1800.00 Pump has now quit working 4 weeks later...no answer by phone...can't leave a message "voice mail full". Started complaining as soon as they got to the job, but it all worked by the time they were done. no new gauge installed. VERY DISATISFIED AT THIS POINT

Craig with Vance Water Systems LLC correctly diagnosed and repaired all of my problems with my irrigation system. Additionally he answered all of my questions and took the time to educate me about my irrigation system. I was immediately put on the schedule by Mr. Vance, owner. I will only use Vance System LLC for my irrigation system needs.

Noting a water flow from the ground access panel (& the PSI gauge resetting every few minutes), I checked Angie's list then called this comp. Spoke with the owner, Kevin Vance, who told me all his tech's were out on call but he'd have a tech call me ASAP. Craig called about 2 hours later and then arrived shortly thereafter. He quickly dug around the panel; found the leak source; replaced a faulty valve and some PVC piping; and fixed the problem! Craig checked all zones to ensure system working properly, cleaned up the work area and was done in less than 2 hours! Excellent!!

They worked on other people in our neighborhood, we spoke with them about how they liked it. We had just gone through a remodel and I was getting the white build-up in my dishwasher. So, I talked with him and he said if we put it in, we would immediately notice a difference. He explained, in detail, the cost right up front. He said they could start the next day. They showed up on time. Everything he told, to the dollar, was correct. It was perfect. They didn't make a mess in the yard, and we had just had a whole new yard put in. We add the salt, but they come out every three months to change the filter. While they are here, they check our entire sprinkler system for the house. We are very pleased. The price was very reasonable and the price he quoted, the final work was to the penny.

Fantastic! They aren't afraid to work and work hard! They responded promptly, fixed my problems, corrected and adjusted several heads, suggested some ways to obtain better coverage, worked quickly and finished the job on time. The final bill was less than I expected and I'll definitely use them again.

Kevin came out the morning after I called. He performed all work right away and even gave us a break on labor when the job turned out to be more extensive than he first expected. Updated system working great and much more efficient.

When work was finished owner went over control system and the zones. Clean up after installation was as expected, although there were numerous cigarette butts in the yard that were missed. Had four companies give me an estimate, they ranged from $950.00, $1250.00, 1800.00 and his estimate which was the highest. The first two estimates I immediately dismissed because of the unprofessional behavior of the Companies. I accepted his offer because of a recommendation of some people who have used him.

IT WENT REALLY WELL. THEY WALKED THE PROPERTY AND TALKED WITH US ABOUT IT. THEY MAPPED IT OUT. IT TOOK ABOUT 1-2 DAYS TWO INSTALL IT. THEY HAD A GOOD VALUE, WERE PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND DID THE WORK THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY REALLY WANTED TO MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK.
