Two Techs

Normally, the Tech charges by the hour,but I didn't have those kind of funds. I could only do up to $200.00 flat fee. I just thought it was going to be a simple install,but it quickly became complicated to do the install as this machine I brought is an real piece of office equipment and needs special installing which I was not aware of until I got it from Canon. but the Tech stayed until everything was up and running including the Fax part of the printer which he had trouble with. The Tech called after a few days to see everything was working the way it should. Very good service.

Roger Clark took it back to his shop and worked on it for many hours. He was not able to fix it -- the hard drive eventually crashed. BUT - He was able to load all my documents, pictures, etc. onto a flash drive. Once I purchased a new computer and set it up, he came and reloaded all my data. He also helped me work my way through Windows 10, since I had Windows 8 before, which was totally different. He was kind, patient, and set up my favorites and preferred setups. He helped me via a phone call to Hallmark to determine problem reinstalling it. He also said I could call him if I had problems.

After three years of using Two Techs, I can honestly say that Two Techs are my go-to guys for all things computer-related. I trust them so much I've made them my administrator on my critical email account. They are very responsive when I call in an SOS, but best part of it is that they can do most of the fixes remotely! Many nights I've gone to bed leaving Two Techs working remotely on my computer and when I awoke the problem was resolved. I recommend them to you without reservation and with great enthusiasm.

When I called him to ask about him coming back out, he began to get very nasty with me over the phone about the cost of the work. He thought he was giving me too much time. Perhaps I was expecting too much, but I was hoping to develop a longer-term relationship with a provider that I could bring back to pay for additional work as I needed it. It will not be with Two Techs.

Roger listened carefully as I told he about the computer problem....could send but not receive emails.  Checked basic things first to make sure my settings were correct.....which they were.  Then he started to just work on experience on what could be wrong.  He turned the computer off, removed the battery pack, pushed some buttons, reconnected everything again....and wow....I was able to receive emails again.  Roger also went through my system to make sure that I didn't have needless programs running and suggested installing a super anti spy ware program and showing me how to use it. 

When Roger was leaving he said that if I have any problems in the future to give him a call...which I will.

Roger Clark showed up on time and got right to work on the laptop for two hours.  Cleaned internet explorer and Google chrome and other folders, removed unnecessary software.  Also was able to up the speed of the machine and installed  and run Malwarebytes and run and installed super anti-spyware and removed infected file. Was a very knowledgeable person.  And give detailed and helpful instruction on running the programs he installed so I could do it on my own after he left.

I use them regularly. He's very proactive. He's given me some software that checks for viruses and software and gets rid of my cookies. He does some stuff for me without charging me.

My computer was not working due to virus and malware. Roger came out and completely cleaned our computer and installed software to help it keep running. He also fixed my printer. He was polite, professional and i would recommend to others who have computer needs

I'm not a techie person. Even my new smartphone has me flummoxed. But Roger is very patient, explaining the steps I need to take to get a process to happen. He even gave me the senior citizen discount.

Two Techs found out within a few minutes after arriving that there was a problem with my IP address. Another few minutes, and the printer was fixed. Voila! The bill? A fraction of the cost of buying a new printer.

I called for service. Roger called back made an appointment for next morning arrived on time. Did a good job for a fair price. Will definitely use it a again.
