TROPICAL ROOFING OF HERNANDO

I was happy with my experience from start to finish. I needed various repairs to an older roof. Bob was very clear (and patient) in describing the work that needed to be done, which included reshingling two areas that had leaked, and replacing & sealing leaky roof vents. He gave me a complete picture which included information on why I'd had the roof leaks (prior improper repairs) and what to look out for in the future. Bob's integrity was unquestionable. He urged me to first try to have the repairs covered under a warranty with the previous roofer before contracting with him, and he also discouraged me from purchasing a whole new roof instead of making repairs. I would highly recommend this company!

The principal owner did the work himself. Very professional, knowledgeable with over 30 yrs experience in roofing, punctual and very personable. Completed the job in 2 days as estimated and got a near perfect match on the 10 year old shingles. The cost was very reasonable and competitive. It was important to me to have the same person who I dealt with on the estimate do the actual work, rather than sending an unfamiliar crew to do the work.
