Joanne listed and sold my property within 24 hours of the listing. We obtained a fair price for the property in these days and times. We were one of the few fortunate people who did not have to sell for less than we paid for the property one year ago. She conducted the sale of my home with the utmost professionalism, and I know what this entails having been a Realtor myself  at one time. She is caring and concerned and seems to consistently look ahead, anticipating any problems and solving them before they become an issue. She was available for the appraisor and termite inspection taking care of all of this while my husband and I were out of town looking for a new home. She has saved me time energy and mutiple problems that I would have incurred having to juggle and see to all of these things myself. I have felt that Joanne has taken the same care of my home that she would have taken of her own. I can talk all day and not say enough good things about this Realtor, and all of it is well deserved. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has a home to list and sell. The honest professionalism exhibited by her is invaluable, as well as the compassion and care she exhibits performing her job.
