Top Notch Cleaning of FL

They were pretty good. I remember that there were a couple of things that they did not do. The interaction was fine and everything was done remotely. I spoke with them on the phone and they seemed very nice, but I never saw them. The cleaning was ok but they did over look something. I do remember not being 100% satisfied.

Does not service my areas but went out of his way to get here so that my wife would be surprised with a clean house when she returned for her trip.

I didn't know that there would be an additional charge of $15 until after I purchased the deal.

Cleaning was acceptable.

Considering the house was empty, a better job could have been performed.
This was given as a gift so details are scarce.

The girl that was cleaning was really good. The owner is more interested in cleaning offices and condos, and cleaning homes has become less of a priority. She was scheduled to be here at 1:30pm and it's now 4:20pm and I haven't heard from them. I've called a few times but received no answer. Kelly is the young lady that I normally use and she is very good.

I was under the impression that they would send more than one person to clean my 2500 square-foot house, because that's what I requested, and they said they would. They only sent one, and they did a really disappointing job. She kind of did what she was asked to do, but she was there for 4 hours. It's hard to keep up a high quality of work with one person working that long. It's not entirely the cleaner's fault, and I still made it a point to tip her.

They did a good job at a reasonable price.

The bathrooms were satisfactorily;  but as a whole, i Dont feel there was enough attention to the cleaning of my floors.  I found myself cleaning alot of what was missed when they were gone.  The ladies were kind and personable....however, perhaps if some report was developed the "express" cleaning could have progressed into a more positive experience.  Over all, cleaning was ok for special ....but not at the regular price.

Very well!! She worked steadily and I am very pleased with the results!.

It was okay. They provided the service not too long after I purchased the big deal. I had to pay for supply or travel fee and I gave the lady who came out tip as well. That was from what she said that they do not really get paid that much because of the price being so low. But regardless of the job that they do, they get tips as well so I gave her a tip.

It was great. There was an additional cleaning cost. It was $15 for the cleaning supplies. They gave me a different time for the appointment and they ended up showing early. I would maybe use them in the future.

Manager accomodatwd me. Ladies were efficient, but did only a once over. Not a deep cleaning, but the price was cheap if your house is fairly clean to begin with.

They did a very very good job. I would recommend them. They are very easy to work with. The actual lady that showed up was very pleasant, very hardworking and did a good job. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Showed up late, then spent 3 of the 4 hours in master bathroom. Did not even empty the trash in any of the bathrooms she cleaned.. Cleaning was not that impressive. Rooms she cleaned did not smell or feel especially clean or bright.

Great,  she comes every 5-6 days, is on time, works fast amd does a thorough job.

The person who came to clean was VERY nice.  I have no complaints about her as a person.  The problem that I have and the reason that I did not have a good experience is because after she left I saw everything that had not been cleaned.
I paid extra to have the fridge cleaned as part of the my deal.  The manager of this business should make their employees aware of what is included in each deal when they send them out to people's properties.  She did not know that was included in what I had paid for, but I did mention it to her and she cleaned the glass shelves but not the compartments on the fridge door.  Is that a fridge cleaning?  I dont think so. She did a good job on the oven tho.
Also when she came in I said that the focus areas were my floors and the bathrooms.  She did a great job on 2 out of the 3 bathrooms, but did not touch the 3rd bathroom which was an issue for me since that is our main bathroom connected to our bedroom.  I just spent an hour yesterday cleaning it when I realised that it had not been cleaned at all.  Plus from the looks of it, my kitchen floor was not mopped and my wood flooring has streaks and a film on it like it is still dirty.  I will have to clean that today.
I don't believe she did any of this on purpose.  I think she simply ran out of time, as she did work for the whole 4 hours.  However, if I did not have a toddler on my hip all day, I could clean my whole house in 3 hours.  I am not trying to be rude, I am just being honest.
People do not hire a cleaning service so that they can then go and clean their house themselves the next day.  I wish nothing but the best for the woman who came, she really was sweet, but I will not be hiring this company again to clean my home.
