About us
We are a small, very personal and family type of business providing extremely cost effective, high quality computer repair service, sales and support. We specialize in the home market, but will work with small businesses also. We offer flat rate prices for both in-home and in the shop service, including free pick-up and delivery for problems that cannot be repaired in a one hour home visit.

"I am extremely sorry that this client was dissatisfied with my service. When I arrived at the client’s home, I recall I was told that the system was slow. That’s a pretty common issue and certain specific steps usually clear any issue. I reset the browser, cleaned up programs running in the background and stopped all unnecessary scheduled tasks. I advised my client that in my opinion, the computer wasn’t unusually slow. (I see dozens of computers a week.) If I suspected a virus, I would have taken the computer to our office for removal. I saw no evidence of a virus. They seemed happy with the service, paid and thanked me. When learning of the client’s dissatisfaction, I attempted to call on the client again, at no cost, and they declined. However, I obviously failed to do all that was required to satisfy this client. If any of my clients are ever unhappy with my service, I immediately refund the service fee. I have refunded these folks' fee and wish them well."
