"Customer must have severe mental health issues, and is not even remotely being honest. She wasn't even entitled to a comfort exchange, because she purchased a clearance item (which is clearly noted as excluded from the comfort exchange) We made an exception for her and allowed a comfort exchange anyway. We actually allowed her two comfort exchanges. Also, we DID NOT charge her the full retail price on her exchange, not even close. Nor did we charge her a delivery charge for her comfort exchage, despite our exchange policy clearly stating she'd have to pay that too. So businesses should be aware that this lady is as scam artist, a liar, and uses her age and bad reviews as a way to rip off small businesses. Pretty low, pretty sad, pretty pathetic!"
