SUNCOAST SEAMLESS GUTTERS

I am writing to let the public know of my experience with Suncoast Seamless Gutters. I had several estimates done before hiring Suncoast. They were $2200. My husband was at home while the employees were taking the old gutters down, my husband was putting up boards and left and went back to work after doing so while the employees finished putting the new gutters in. I wish I was standing outside to see what kind of a job they were doing but, thinking that the owner said they had been in business for 30 years I didn't think I should of had to.. When my husband got home and we walked outside we noticed that the fascia at the top of each corner that has gutters were ALL different lengths... One corner was 3 inches longer than my roof and the other end 1 inch and so on, at each corner some 1 1/2 some 2.. I called Jim the owner and told him and he said he would be over in about 20 minutes to look.. He said that looks GREAT, that is our standard look!! To make a long story short, he said he does Million dollar homes and that's how we do it.. My husband who has been in Construction his whole life said that looks AWFUL. Jim stared he doesn't know what he is talking about he doesn't know gutters... I live in a $700,000 dollar home.. Well, it mattered to us and if anyone else wants to hire Suncoast Seamless Gutters I hope they have a little bit more consideration for there home because Jim says there NOT fixing it.. I would suggest that the homes they already did and the 5 star reviews that came from family and friends should look at the corners of there fascia and see what a BEAUTIFUL job this company did for them!

I was very pleased with the service rendered. The workers were on time and did a superb job! We are ecstatic to finally have gutters as we have lived in our home without them since we moved in almost three years ago. What a world of difference they shall make with all the rain we receive here in Florida. I highly recommend Suncoast Seamless Gutters! They will not disappoint.

I was told the crew would be here between 8 & 8:15 they were here at 8am set by 8:15, they were completely done in about 2 hours to enclude clean-up.

Requested a quote, which was completed in a couple of days. I was warned they had about a 2-3 month wait at the time, which was fine and what another vendor had also told me a few days earlier. I got a call a couple of days before they would be out, and they arrived as scheduled. The work only took a couple of hours and looked great. After a couple of rains I wasn't getting quite the water distribution down the 4 downspouts that I wanted so I notified Jim. He said he'd have a crew come out an check it. When they arrived I described the issue and they made the modifications necessary to meet my expectations. Very happy with the material, workers, and installation. I would definitely use again.

Jim and his crew showed up on time and went right to work. They installed two underground drains with pop-ups to take rain water away from the foundation on each side of lanai . They also modified 3 other downspout configurations to improve rain water management on the side and front of our home.
It now appears I am high and dry.

I thought the job went very well. When everything was completed, about a week later when it rained, I noticed one of the end sections had to be resealed because drippings were coming from same. Jim happily came back to remedy it and mentioned if I should discover anything else to not hesitate to call him again. I would recommend Jim and his company every chance I get.

Jim showed up and went right to work complete the work and noticed I need a new down spout elbow at the end of one of the downspouts and replace that while he was here.
Pleasant person and I would hire him again
