They were very clean and neat. The job came out awesome my house looks new again. I would recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding. They were extremely meticulous in power washing everything. After they finished, the white trim looked as if it had just been painted. They also used a chemical that retards the green algae growth so common on Florida homes. The painting was perfect and completed on schedule. They even went above and beyond by pulling an old palm frond that had gotten stuck in one of the gutters surrounding our screened lanai. We are extremely pleased with the overall results and the price couldn't be beat. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I could not have been more pleased with Suncoast Painting and Pressure Cleaning! Tenants left my rental home in horrible shape! Before the interior of the home and the garage could be painted, Tom had to make a LOT of repairs! (He was even able to fix a door to the outside that other contractors wanted to replace.) Tom went above and beyond in so many ways! Just a couple examples -- Tom kindly removed a wasp nest from the front of the house and replaced an AC filter (which the tenant had removed). Tom and his assistant did a GREAT job at a reasonable price! I feel very blessed to have found Suncoast Painting and Pressure Cleaning. By the way -- his wife, Emily, is great too! She sent me Tom's "before and after" pictures, and does the billing.

Tom's quote was the best I received and he followed it up with an excellent job. He was very punctual and timely with the job completion. He accommodated our requests and gave helpful advice.

This project took a week to complete. It starting with pressure cleaning all surfaces. The owner and his helper were very punctual, courteous and very ethical. They used very good paint and generously applied it as needed. The owner has extensive painting experience and he has worked inside our home as well as out. His young helper was on-task and very skillful. We will definitely use Suncoast Painting again when needed.
